Privacy policy and legal framework of the association and the platform
1 1. Legal Framework (Moroccan Law on Associations)
Youth Association of Web (YOFWEB) is governed by the provisions of the Moroccan Dahir No. 1-58-376 regulating the right of association in Morocco, as amended and supplemented. All operations and digital academy courses are managed in strict compliance with the statutes, internal rules of the association, and current Moroccan national laws.
2 2. Protection of Personal Data (Moroccan Law 09-08)
In compliance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, YOFWEB is committed to protecting the privacy of members and students. Your personal information (such as name, email, phone) will be processed solely for membership management, digital card generation, and certificate verification.
3 3. Protection of Minors & Kids
Pursuant to the association's statutes and general ethical principles, YOFWEB places strict focus on minor protection: registration of children requires explicit parental or guardian consent, and no personal photos or child identities are published on the website or social platforms without written parental approval.
4 4. Security and Data Retention
YOFWEB applies advanced technical and administrative security measures (such as SSL encryption and access controls) to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure of member data.
5 5. User Rights
Under Law 09-08, members have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of their personal data by contacting the association.
